8-day travel guide through Russia

Russia is the largest country in the world and 8 days are too few to travel, so we decided to visit only the two most important cities of the so-called "European Russia": St. Petersburg and Moscow. I had read many stories that highlighted the hardness of the Russians and how difficult it is to understand them. We, on the other hand, did not encounter great difficulties, although we saw that yes, that people were generally cold (as in all major cities), but when necessary, people came out to help us out. As I said in the stories, I liked Moscow much more than St. Petersburg, not because the second one was uglier, but because Moscow is a constant surprise and that's what I like most.
